Reasonable Accommodation for Persons with Disabilities
Reasonable Accommodation Conference October 25, 2011
Few people in the industry are really clear what constitutes "reasonable accommodation." Yet the law really does ask professional to know where to draw the line. This workshop provides an overview of federal and state housing laws that apply to persons with disabilities, followed by small group discussions that help find practical solutions to commonly asked questions from housing providers and tenants.
Attendees have told us they've avoided costly lawsuits by putting into practice what they learned in this seminar.
